Thanks for shopping with PulseRelief. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping times

Because our massage guns ship directly from our fulfillment partners, delivery times vary by location:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, UK, Australia & Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 12–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak seasons, sales, or due to customs and carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It can take 2–5 business days for tracking to show its first scan and update — that's normal, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed with no package, email us at support@pulserelief.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
